Client: CPAS Systems, Toronto, ON
Role: Project Manager – Public Employees Pension
Plan (PEPP) and Capital Pension and Benefits (CPB) System Conversion

conversion on-time, under budget with no errors. All monies
and financial history were successfully converted.
- Manage a complex relationship with the vendor of the new
system and two clients who were converting their systems concurrently

for the existing system (Penfax) as well as the transformation
rules for data conversion

system to test the quality and reliability of the converted
data
